摘要
本文提出了林学类专业人才培养模式存在的问题,学生学习动力不足,学林不爱林、不从事林;林业人才培养与产业需求不对接,对口就业率低;实践教学环节薄弱,学生实践能力不强;教学质量监控体系不能有效保障人才培养质量等问题。针对这些问题,提出“产教融合、校企合作”的人才培养模式,通过“削枝强干”,优化理论课程体系,强化实践教学环节,提高学生创新实践能力;“嫁接整合”,将教学资源、科研资源和林场资源合理配置,搭建资源平台。构建“基础实践+专业实践+综合生产实践+创业实践”四阶段实践教学体系;创建本科教育“五个一工程”,把创新创业教育贯穿整个人才培养过程;构建“五位一体”的教学质量监控体系,确保人才培养质量。
This paper presents the problems of forestry personnel training mode:Students lack interest in learning about,love for,and participation in forestry;forestry personnel training and industrial needs do not match,the employment rate is low;the practical teaching link is weak,students lack proficiency in practice;the teaching quality monitoring system is unable to effectively guarantee the quality of personnel training and other issues.To address these issues,the"industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation"talent training model is suggested.The talent training model is proposed to optimize the theoretical curriculum system,strengthen the practical teaching link,and improve students'innovation and practical ability by"cutting branches and strengthening trunk";It also involves"grafting integration",which is the judicious allocation of teaching resources,scientific research resources,and forestry resources to build a resource pool.We will build a four-stage practical teaching system that consists of"basic practice+professional practice+comprehensive production practice+entrepreneurial practice";create the"Five One Projects"for undergraduate education,and carry innovation and entrepreneurship education throughout the entire talent development process;develop a"Five-in-One"system for monitoring teaching quality to ensure the standard of talent cultivation.
