摘要
数字经济的持续快速发展不断推动着制造业数字化和智能化,也促使着制造企业持续提升自身数字化转型水平。企业数字化转型以新一代信息技术的创新应用与信息化和工业化融合(两化融合)管理体系的深入实施为驱动,推动企业业务的深刻变革。本文基于典型电子装备制造企业数字化制造运营能力建设,从新型能力建设需求分析、实施策划、建设方法等维度详细阐述了两化融合管理体系与新一代信息技术在推进企业数字化转型进程中的应用,为制造企业推进业务数字化转型提供了方法指导和实践借鉴。
The continuous and rapid development of digital economy constantly promotes the digitalization and intellectualization of manufacturing industry,and also encourages the manufacturing enterprises to continuously improve the digital transformation level.The digital transformation of enterprises,which is driven by the innovative application of the new generation of information technology and the in-depth implementation of the integration of informatization and industrialization management systems,promotes the profound change of enterprise business.Based on the construction of digital manufacturing operation capability of enterprises in the typical electronic industry,this paper elaborates the application of the integration of informatization and industrialization management systems and the new generation of information technology in promoting the process of digital transformation from the dimensions of demand analysis,implementation planning,and construction methods,as well as provides method guidance and practical reference for manufacturing enterprises in fostering business digital transformation.
