摘要
在新一代信息技术发展的驱动下,面对日趋灵活的市场及用户需求,电信运营商纷纷推动企业的数字化转型,对自身业务模式、运营管理、组织管理等各方面进行深度变革。网络数字化运营是企业数字化转型的重要基石。为客观评价运营商网络数字化运营水平,建立一套分层分级的指标模型和方法,通过多级指标关联计算,得出总体评分,识别所处数字化转型阶段,达到横向对标、识别短板、持续提升的目标。
Driven by the development of the newgeneration of information technology and facing the increasingly flexible market and user needs,telecom operators have promoted the digital transformation of enterprises and made in-depth changes in their business model,operation management,organization management and other aspects. The network digital operation is an important cornerstone of enterprise digital transformation. In order to objectively evaluate the network digital operation level of operators,a set of hierarchical index models and methods are established. Through multi-level index correlation calculation,the overall score and the current transformation stage are obtained,so as to achieve the goal of horizontal benchmarking,identifying weaknesses and continuous improvement.
