带止动凸块的动力涡轮工作叶片结构优化设计

摘要 针对动力涡轮工作叶片使用过程中发生的止动凸块断裂问题,对止动凸块断裂开展故障模式图绘制和有限元分析,研究了前封严环,动力涡轮工作叶片和动力涡轮盘之间配合关系以及叶片止动凸块的结构,对带止动凸块的动力涡轮工作叶片进行结构优化,通过在1型燃气轮机上的应用结果表明,本方法是切实可行的。 Aiming at the fracture of stop bump caused by the operation of power pressure turbine working blade. Failure mode diagram and finite element analysis were conducted for the stop bump fracture. The matching relationship between front seal ring,power pressure turbine working blade and power pressure turbine disk, and working blade stop bump were studied. The structure of power turbine blades with stop bump was optimized. The application results on one type gas turbine show that this methods is feasible.
