摘要
目的:探讨最佳证据在急诊危重症病人院内转运中的应用,并评价其效果。方法:采用复旦大学循证护理中心提出的“证据临床转化模式图”进行推展,系统性检索急诊危重症病人院内转运相关证据,进行质量评价,总结生成20条审查标准,通过基线调查、障碍及促进因素分析、相关策略的制定及实施进行证据转化。结果:最佳证据应用后,医护人员急诊危重症病人转运相关知识得分由(65.00±10.09)分提升至(88.33±7.91)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);转运总不良事件发生率由30.6%降至5.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:基于最佳证据的急诊危重症病人院内转运实践,可规范急诊危重症病人院内转运作业,降低转运不良事件发生率,保障病人安全。
Objective:To explore the application of the best evidence in the in-hospital transfer of emergency critical patients and evaluate its effect.Methods:"Evidence clinical transformation Model Map"proposed by the Evidence-Based Nursing Center of Fudan University was adopted to promote the development.Evidence related to in-hospital transport of emergency critically ill patients was systematically searched for quality evaluation,and 20 review criteria were summarized and generated.The evidence was transformed through baseline survey,analysis of obstacles and promotion factors,formulation and implementation of relevant strategies.Results:After the application of the best evidence,the score of knowledge related to transport of emergency critical patients among medical staff increased from(65.00±10.09)score to(88.33±7.91)score,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.001).The incidence of adverse transport events decreased from 30.6%to 5.0%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the best evidence,the in-hospital transfer practice of emergency critical patients can standardize the in-hospital transfer of emergency critical patients,reduce the incidence of adverse events and improve patient safety.
