摘要
零重力座椅不仅是提高乘客舒适度的关键,也是开发高品质汽车座椅、形成汽车座椅市场竞争力的关键技术。从身体与行为两个方面探索了零重力座椅设计的科学标准,并分析了零重力座椅设计的主要原理。通过探索零重力座椅的人性化性能特点,阐述其结构与形态特征。以座位安排和座椅设计为主要标准介绍了汽车零重力座椅的形状尺寸设计。最后针对零重力座椅未来的发展趋势进行了展望,并提出了必须加强汽车零重力座椅驾驶舒适性、生理性、神经网络、人体工程学、人性化等方面的设计。
Zero-gravity seat is not only the key to improve passengers comfort, but also the key technology to develop high-quality car seats and form the market competitiveness of car seats.The scientific standard of zero gravity seat design was explored from two aspects of body and behavior, and the main principle of zero-gravity seat design was analyzed.Through exploring the humanized performance characteristics of zero-gravity seat, its structure and morphological characteristics were expounded.Taking seat arrangement and seat design as the main standards, the shape and size design of zero-gravity seats in automobiles were introduced.Finally, the future development trend of zero-gravity seats was prospected, and the design of driving comfort, physiology, neural network, ergonomics and humanization of zero-gravity seats for automobiles must be strengthened.
