摘要
目的:评价优质护理对胃镜治疗上消化道出血患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2020年9月至2022年9月罗源县医院接受胃镜治疗的上消化道出血患者60例作为研究对象,按照电脑随机选取方式分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组患者采取常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理服务,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:护理后,观察组患者护理治疗依从性比对照组高,汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分和匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分优于对照组,插管操作时间比对照组明显缩短,且胃镜操作过程中应激反应发生率低于对照组,临床症状改善时间以及出血消失时间均短于对照组,治疗期间并发症发生率以及治疗后再出血率均低于对照组,护理满意度明显高于对照组,2组上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对接受胃镜治疗的上消化道出血患者开展优质护理干预可有效提升临床护理服务质量,增强患者的身心舒适度及配合度,提高其胃镜检查效果及安全性,进而能够提高疾病治疗效率,降低并发症发生率以及再出血率。
Objective:To evaluate the effects of high-quality nursing in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding treated with gastroscopy on their sleep quality and psychological state.Methods:In this study,60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who received gastroscopy in Luoyuan County Hospital from September 2020 to September 2022 were sampled,and the selected patients were randomly divided by computer into two groups for nursing research.The group types included control group and observation group.The number of patients in each group was 30.The control group patients took routine nursing.Gave high-quality nursing services to the patients in the observation group.Compared the nursing results between groups in detail.Results:After nursing,the nursing and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group was significantly improved compared with the control group.The improvement effect of anxiety and sleep quality during treatment was better than that of the control group.The intubation operation time of patients was significantly shorter than that of the control group.The incidence of stress response during gastroscopy operation was lower than that of the control group.The improvement time of clinical symptoms and the time of bleeding disappearance were shorter than those of the control group.The complication rate and rebleeding rate after treatment were lower than those in the control group.The final patients′satisfaction with this care was higher than that of the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in the above indicators(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Timely high-quality nursing intervention for patients receiving gastroscopy for upper gastrointestinal bleeding can effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing services,enhance patients′physical and mental comfort and cooperation,improve the effect and safety of gastroscopy,promote the efficiency of disease treatment,and reduce the incidence of complications and rebleeding rate.
