摘要
目的探讨舒适护理对无痛胃镜检查患者的干预效果及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2019年11月至2020年12月于我院进行无痛胃镜检查的140例患者,按照硬币正反法将其分为对照组(n=70)和研究组(n=70)。对照组在胃镜检查过程中进行常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上进行舒适护理,对比两组血压(舒张压、收缩压)及负性情绪[抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)]变化情况。结果两组护理后的舒张压、收缩压均低于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为7.14%,对照组为18.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在无痛胃镜检查中应用舒适护理干预的效果显著,有助于保持患者血压水平的稳定,缓解其负面情绪,避免产生不良反应,确保无痛胃镜的检查质量。
Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing intervention on patients undergoing painless gastroscopy and its influence on negative emotions.Methods A total of 140 patients undergoing painless gastroscopy in our hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were included in this study,and they were divided into control group(n=70)and study group(n=70)according to coin positive and negative method.The control group was given routine nursing in the process of gastroscopy,and the study group was given comfort nursing on the basis of the control group.The blood pressure of the two groups including diastolic pressure and systolic pressure were compared.Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were used to evaluate the negative emotions before and after the intervention.Results The diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after nursing were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 7.14%and that in the control group was 18.57%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in painless gastroscopy is very obvious,which can effectively keep the blood pressure level of patients stable,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,avoid adverse reactions,and ensure the quality of painless gastroscopy.
