摘要
目的:分析1982—2019年中国城乡居民饮食结构与心血管疾病变化趋势,为中国人健康和心血管疾病患者防治策略提供科学依据。方法:收集中国公共科学数据库和世界卫生组织死亡数据库公开的1982—2019年中国居民饮食和心血管疾病死亡数据,采用线性回归方法分析不同比例食物与心血管疾病死亡的相关性。结果:中国城乡居民谷类食物占总食物摄入量从71.3%降低为54.2%,动物性食物占总食物摄入量从7.9%增加到15.3%,热能性食物占总食物摄入量从7.7%增加到16.7%。中国人心血管疾病死亡率也从86.8人/10万人上升到150.4人/10万人,谷类食物摄入占比与心血管疾病死亡率呈负相关,动物性食物摄入占比与心血管疾病死亡率呈正相关。结论:饮食结构改变与中国城乡居民心血管疾病死亡率相关,合理调整谷类和动物性食物占比有助于降低心血管疾病风险。
【Objective】 To analyze the dietary structure and cardiovascular disease trends of Chinese urban and rural residents from1982 to 2019 to provide scientific basis for Chinese health and prevention and treatment strategies for cardiovascular disease patients.【Method】 We collected the Chinese Public Science Database and The World Health Organization Death Database to analyze the diet and cardiovascular disease death data of Chinese residents from 1982 to 2019. Linear regression method was used to analyze the correlation between different proportions of food and cardiovascular disease death. 【Result】 The proportion of cereals in total food intake of Chinese urban and rural residents decreased from 71. 3% to 54. 2%,the proportion of animal foods in total food intake increased from 7. 9% to 15. 3%,and the proportion of caloric foods in total food intake increased from 7. 7% to 16. 7%. The mortality rate of Chinese people from cardiovascular diseases had also increased from 86. 8 persons per 100 000 to 150. 4 persons per 100 000. The proportion of cereal food intake was negatively correlated with the death rate of cardiovascular diseases,and the proportion of animal food intake was positively correlated with the death rate of cardiovascular diseases. 【Conclusion】 Changes in dietary structure are related to the mortality of Chinese urban and rural residents from cardiovascular diseases. A reasonable adjustment of the proportion of cereals and animal foods can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.
