摘要
针对大庆西部外围油田区块分散、相距较远的地理环境,通过对天然气的处理工艺、消耗情况、生产能力及输送能力等进行系统分析,目前已形成相对完善的集输气管网,基本实现天然气按需调用。生产运行中,通过更换低效水套加热炉、及时清淤火筒炉提高加热炉效率,优化调整低效无效集油环,降低掺水量,从而节约天然气消耗量,年可节气约133.13×10^(4)m^(3);优化建设集气管道、轻烃回收站、零散拉油井进集油系统等工艺回收伴生气资源,年可回收伴生气约1005×10^(4)m^(3);优化调整伴生气处理工艺,增设冷却装置,降低四合一流程分出的伴生气温度,提升分离处理效果,提高伴生气利用效率,平均每台加热炉节省维修费用约0.31万元。
In view of the scattered and distant blocks in the western peripheral oilfield of Daqing,through the systematic analysis of the natural gas processing technology,consumption situation,production capacity and transmission capacity,a relatively complete gas gathering and transmission network has been formed,which basically realizes the on-demand of the natural gas.In the production and operation,by replacing the inefficient water jacket heating furnace,the fire barrel furnace is timely desilted to improve the efficiency of the heating furnace,optimize and adjust the inefficient and ineffective oil collecting ring,and reduce the amount of water mixed,which can save natural gas consumption and save about 133.13×10^(4)m^(3)of natural gas per year.By optimizing the construction of gas gathering pipelines,the light hydrocarbon recovery stations,scattered oil pulling wells into oil gathering system and other processes,the associated gas resources are recovered,which can recover about 1005×10^(4)m^(3)of associated gas per year.We can optimize and adjust the associated gas treatment process,add a cooling device,reduce the temperature of the associated gas separated by the four-in-one process,improve the separation treatment effect,and improve the utilization efficiency of the associated gas,which can save the maintenance cost of about 3100 yuan per heating furnace on average.
