摘要 本文对分子筛脱水单元的天然气再生方案进行探讨,以对工艺流程进行优化。本文以某终端天然气处理装置的天然气脱水单元为例,在三塔/两塔流程,干气/湿气再生,等压/降压再生等方案中进行分析,通过能耗对比排除了三塔降压再生方案,选出了五种节能效果较好的方案。结合计算方案的全寿命周期得到以下结论:无论采用三塔还是两塔流程,干气等压再生方案最节能。采用三塔流程,使用13%的干气在等压条件下进行再生的方案是节能效果最好,总体经济性最佳的方案。 The article analyzes different thermal regeneration strategies for molecular sieves in order to optimize the process of natural gas dehydration unit.The present study introduces a process design on a dehydration unit of natural gas treatment in a Terminal in China.Several regeneration strategies were discussed,including the choice of 3-tower/2-tower process,the operational pressure during regeneration and the source of regeneration gas.Conclusions draw from the technical analysis that low-pressure regeneration strategies exhibit higher energy consumption in a 3-tower system and there are 5 technical-feasible regeneration process for the natural gas dehydration unit.In order to figure out the best regeneration strategy,the financial analysis selects 5 optimized strategies with total investment.The result suggests that high pressure regeneration strategy equipped with dry gas in both systems displays an energy-saving effect;the high pressure regeneration process equipped with 13%dry gas in a 3-tower natural gas dehydration system exhibits lower energy consumption and requires less investment than other strategies.
