摘要
以国内某终端的天然气脱水单元为例,介绍了低温分离技术在分子筛脱水装置中的应用。用循环水对脱酸后的原料气进行降温预分水,可以降低分子筛的脱水负荷和再生时间,从而降低分子筛干燥器的规格和分子筛的填充量。通过丙烷对再生气进行冷却脱水,可以取消再生气循环流程,将再生气直接混入外输干气中。该流程优化后,降低了装置的运行负荷,混合后的干气可以满足下游用户对水露点的要求,具有较好的经济性。
The article introduces the application of low temperature separation in molecular sieve dehydration of natural gas through the introduction of a dehydration unit of natural gas treatment in a Gas Terminal in China.With circulating water to cool the deacidified feed gas for water pre-separation,the water capacity for molecular sieve adsorption declines.The reduced regeneration time of the molecular sieve gives rise to smaller molecular sieve dryers with lower molecular sieve occupation.With deep dehydration process of the regeneration gas through low temperature treatment,the regeneration gas is mixed with the external dry gas,cancelling the circulation process of regeneration gas.Another heat exchanger and another water separation drum are required for the new process,compared with the traditional process.The mixed dry gas meets the requirements of downstream users for water dew point.This measure greatly reduces the operating capacity of the unit with better economics.
