摘要
在新冠疫情背景下,国内多地各级政府加快组织,建设健康驿站并投入使用,全面筑牢了人民生命健康的安全防线,关于健康驿站的建设工程质量也得到了各方重视。本文通过相关文献与实例的研究,站在工程质量检测企业的视角,梳理合同生命周期和工程质量单位履约流程,归纳总结履约阶段管理要点,提出合同管理的优化建议,以期能为类似项目的合同履约管理提供参照。
Under the background of the COVID-19,governments at all levels in many places in China have accelerated the organization,built health hubs and put them into use,which has comprehensively built a safe line of defense for people's life and health,and the engineering quality about the health hubs has also received attention from all parties.Through the study of relevant literature and examples,this paper,from the perspective of engineering quality inspection enterprises,composes the contract life cycle and the performance process of engineering quality units,summarizes the key points of performance stage management,and puts forward suggestions for optimization of contract management,in order to realize the contract performance management of similar projects to provide reference.
