特异AT序列结合蛋白2在结直肠癌诊断中的价值

摘要 特异AT序列结合蛋白2(SATB2)是一种特异性结合在DNA核基质附着区,继而进行调控转录和染色质重塑的转录因子。结直肠癌(CRC)的发病机制可能与微卫星不稳定性(MSI)状态、炎症、激活Wnt通路和免疫微环境等有关。多项研究表明SATB2与CRC的发病机制显著相关,下面就SATB2在CRC中的表达、与其发病机制的相关性以及诊断价值等方面进行综述。 Specific AT sequence-binding protein 2(SATB2) is a transcription factor that specifically binds to the nuclear matrix attachment region of DNA and then regulates transcription and chromatin remodeling. The pathogenesis of colorectal cancer(CRC) may be related to microsatellite instability(MSI) status, inflammation, the activation of the Wnt pathway, and the immune microenvironment. Several studies have shown that SATB2 is significantly associated with the pathogenesis of the CRC, and this review discusses the expression of SATB2 in CRC, its relevance to its pathogenesis, and its diagnostic value.
