摘要 急性肾损伤具有发病率高、病死率高和医疗成本高的特点,已成为全球公共卫生问题。巨噬细胞在急性肾损伤发病机制中起着关键作用,其在微环境紊乱刺激下被激活成经典活化的巨噬细胞(M1)和替代活化的巨噬细胞(M2)两种表型,参与肾内炎症反应与组织修复。巨噬细胞在急性肾损伤中发生机制纷繁复杂,本综述对该过程相关信号通路与细胞因子进行总结归纳,旨在帮助提高学者对急性肾损伤作用机制的认识,以期为该疾病新型治疗靶点的研究发现提供理论依据。 Because of its high incidence rate, high mortality and high medical expense, acute kidney injury(AKI) has become a global public health problem. Macrophages play a key role in the pathogenesis of AKI. Under the stimulation of microenvironment disorder, macrophages are activated into two phenotypes of classic activated(M1) and alternative activated(M2). Both participate in inflammatory reaction and tissue repair in kidney. The mechanism of macrophages is rather complex in AKI. This review summarized the signal pathways and cytokines related to this process. It was intended to enhance the mechanistic understanding of AKI and provide theoretical rationales for searching for new therapeutic targets for AKI.
