后疫情时代新零售发展的困境与转型路径研究 被引量:2

摘要 新冠疫情对全球经济带来了严重影响,但“危”中有“机”,新冠疫情已极大改变了消费者行为、销售商行为、消费场景和政府行为,也带来了一场前所未有的中国零售变革。新冠疫情对经济产生负面影响的同时,也给新零售行业带来了新的发展机遇,当前中国步入后疫情时代,新零售行业机遇与挑战并存,研究如何顺应时代趋势、化解不利因素、做好新零售行业的创新与发展具有深远意义。文章解读了新零售的内涵、特点以及实践现状,采用PEST分析法,分析了后疫情时代新零售发展的环境,并围绕营销理念、产业标准、供应管理、产品问题、人才建设五个方面探讨了新零售发展面临的困境,提出了转型策略。 The COVID-19 pandemic has had a serious impact on the global economy,but there are opportunities in the crisis.The pandemic has dramatically changed consumers’behaviors,sellers’behaviors,consumer scenarios,and governments’behaviors,and brought about an unprecedented change in Chinese retail.While the pandemic has harmed the economy,it has also brought new opportunities for new retail.As China enters the post-pandemic era,new retail has both opportunities and challenges.It is of great significance to study how to respond to the trends of the times,resolve unfavorable factors,and innovate and develop new retail.The article interprets the connotations,characteristics,and current practice of new retail,uses PEST analysis to analyze the development landscape of new retail in the postpandemic era,discusses the dilemmas faced by the development of new retail in fi ve aspects,marketing philosophies,industrial standards,supply management,product issues,and talent cultivation,and proposes transformation strategies.
