摘要 2019年,一场席卷全球的新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情(2019-nCoV)迅速蔓延,成为经济运行中突发的不可抗力事件。疫情对经济发展的短期冲击不可避免。疫情一方面催生了消费者对新零售的需求,疫情期间消费者的购物行为反映出,现实生活场景会极大的触发他们对新零售模式的接受度。另一方面,在疫情的催化下,各种借助互联网技术发展的线上产品也开始爆发需求。而经历过此次疫情期间的铺垫,新零售彻底融入了大家的生活。于此同时,类似的逻辑也在其他行业发生作用,在线教育行业也由本次疫情的影响收获了大量的新增客户群体,游戏市场得益于“宅经济”作用,未来随着高新技术的发展也必将开拓更加丰富的玩法与体验。本文章从新零售角度对后疫情时代可能发生和已经发生的变化进行深度分析,并结合现有的政策和市场,对新零售行业在疫情期间的表现及即将到来的发展机遇进行了盘点。 Starting from 2019,a new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic(2019-nCoV)sweeping the world has spread rapidly and become an unexpected force majeure event in the functioning of the economy.The short-term impact of the epidemic on economic development is unavoidable.On the one hand,the epidemic has spawned consumer demand for new retailing,and consumers'shopping behavior amid the epidemic reflects that real-life scenarios will greatly trigger their acceptance of the new retailing.On the other hand,catalyzed by the epidemic,various online products developed with the help of internet technology also begin to explode in demand.And having experienced the buildup during the epidemic,new retailing is thoroughly integrated into everyone's lives and optimizing the development of the business environment.At the same time,similar logic is working in other industries,including the online education industry,which has gained a large number of new customers due to the impact of the epidemic,and the gaming market,which has benefited from the"indoor economy"and is set to develop even richer gameplay and experiences with the development of high technology in the future.This article provides an in-depth analysis of the changes that may occur or have occurred in the post-epidemic era from the perspectives of new retailing and business environment,and summarizes the performance of the new retailing industry during the epidemic and the upcoming development opportunities based on existing policies and markets.
