摘要
随着农村儿童对电子产品使用频率的增多,电子产品的使用现状及其对认知能力的影响值得关注。通过问卷法,调查了426名小学一至三年级农村儿童电子产品使用情况与执行功能的水平,探讨视屏时间与执行功能这一高级认知能力之间的具体关系。结果发现,大多数低年级农村儿童每天使用电子产品娱乐和学习的视屏时间在1小时以下,无论平时还是周末,娱乐视屏时间都显著多于学习视屏时间;家长娱乐和学习的视屏时间与儿童的娱乐和学习视屏时间具有密切关系;儿童平时或周末的娱乐视屏时间与其执行功能之间呈负相关关系;在控制儿童使用电子产品娱乐的时间后,儿童平时或周末的学习视屏时间与其执行功能之间呈正相关关系。因此,如果要更好地发挥电子产品对儿童认知发展的积极影响,应合理控制儿童的娱乐视屏时间。
With the increasing use of electronic products among rural children,the current situation of their use and the impact on cognitive ability deserve attention.Therefore,this study investigated the use of electronic products and the level of executive function of 426 rural children in grades one to three of primary school through questionnaire method,and explored the specific relationship between screen time and executive function,a high-level cognitive ability.The results found that the screen time of children in lower grades using electronic products for entertainment and learning is mainly concentrated in less than one hour.No matter whether it is on weekdays or on weekends,the time for entertainment screen time is significantly longer than learning screen time.The entertainment and learning time of parents using electronic products are closely related to children’s entertainment and learning screen time,respectively.There is a negative correlation between the entertainment screen time of children’s daily or weekend and their performance of executive functions,and after controlling the entertainment use time of children’s electronic products,there is a positive correlation between children’s learning time using electronic products and their performance of executive function.In order to better play the positive impact of electronic products on cognitive development,children’s entertainment screen time should be reasonably controlled.
