摘要
目的:探讨肝癌晚期化疗患者实施舒适护理的临床应用价值。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年1月贵州医科大学附属医院接受化疗的80例晚期肝癌患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施舒适护理。比较两组心理状态评分、癌因性疼痛评分、癌因性疲乏评分、舒适度评分及护理满意度。结果:护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组癌因性疼痛、癌因性疲乏、舒适度评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组癌因性疼痛、癌因性疲乏评分低于护理前,舒适度评分高于护理前,且研究组癌因性疼痛、癌因性疲乏评分低于对照组,舒适度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在晚期肝癌患者化疗期间实施,可改善患者心理状态,减轻患者癌痛及疲乏症状,有利于提升其舒适感及对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the clinical application value of comfortable nursing in patients with advanced liver cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods:Eighty patients with advanced liver cancer who received chemotherapy in Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received comfortable nursing.The mental status score,cancer-related pain score,cancer-related fatigue score,comfort score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the study group was lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of cancer-related pain,cancerrelated fatigue and comfort between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of cancer-related pain and cancer-related fatigue of the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the comfort scores were higher than those before nursing;the scores of cancer-related pain and cancer-related fatigue in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the comfort scores were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comfortable nursing in patients with advanced liver cancer during chemotherapy can improve their psychological state,reduce cancer pain and fatigue symptoms,improve their comfort and satisfaction with nursing services.
