摘要
学术期刊编辑的职业发展是学术期刊高质量发展的核心和关键。运用深度访谈和扎根理论方法对学术期刊编辑进行质性研究发现:制度政策、职业环境、人际关系、个人能力、职业认知和职业规划是影响学术期刊编辑职业发展的内外因素。学术期刊编辑存在职业价值认同度不高、职业发展意愿出现分化、职业发展呈现路径依赖等问题。为了摆脱学术期刊编辑职业发展困境,应建立包容性的学术期刊编辑评价体系,促进编辑多元宽领域发展;培育学术期刊编辑的“内生”发展动力,推动学术期刊与编辑协同进步;建立科学的学术期刊管理体系,形成专业的发展格局。
Academic journal editors’ career development is the core and key to the high quality development of academic journals. Based on in-depth interviews and grounded theory, this paper makes a qualitative study of academic journal editors and finds that institutional policy,occupational environment, interpersonal relationship, personal ability, professional cognition and career planning are the internal and external factors that affect academic journal editors’ career development. Such editors are faced with the problems of low recognition of professional values,divergent career development intentions,and path dependence in career development. In order to get rid of the dilemma of academic journal editors’ career development, it is imperative to: establish an inclusive evaluation system for academic journal editors to promote the development of editors in multiple and wide fields;cultivate the“endogenous”development power of academic journal editors and promote the collaborative progress of academic journals and editors;and establish a scientific academic journal management system to form a professional development pattern.
