多维磁场实时扫描再现教学系统的设计与实现

摘要 利用LabVIEW语言将磁场采集装置和运动控制平台结合到一起,开发了一套可以对各类磁场进行自动扫描和实时再现的系统。该系统包括三维运动平台、多通道高斯计和上位机软件等。采集到的数据被实时存储到文件中,并以曲线图、二维强度图、三维矢量箭头图等多种形式在控制界面予以实时呈现,帮助使用者及时了解磁场信息。最后,利用该系统对用于磁悬浮实验的圆柱型磁铁阵列的外磁场分布进行了实际测量,清晰地展现了磁铁阵列的外磁场分布特征,证明了本系统的可行性和可靠性。 LabVIEW language is used to combine the magnetic field acquisition device and the motion control platform to develop a system that can automatically scan and reproduce magnetic fields in real time.The system includes a three-dimensional motion platform,a multi-channel Gauss meter,and host computer software.The collected data is stored in the file in real time,and is displayed in real time on the control interface in various forms such as graphs,two-dimensional intensity maps,three-dimensional vector arrow charts,etc.,to help users understand the magnetic field information in time.Finally,the external magnetic field distribution of the cylindrical magnet array used in the magnetic levitation experiment was actually measured using this system,and the external magnetic field distribution characteristics of the magnet array were clearly displayed,which proved the feasibility and reliability of the system.
