摘要
目的:采用数据挖掘技术分析膏摩用于小儿推拿的组方、选穴及手法规律,旨在为临床将膏摩与小儿推拿相结合提供参考。方法:在中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库等数据库以“膏摩”和“小儿”、“幼儿”、“婴儿”、“儿童”等为关键词检索发表年度为2011年至2021年的相关文献。按作者、研究针对的疾病、临床研究病例数量、膏摩方的组成、推拿处方、疗效评价等项目建立文献数据库。再根据文献中研究的疾病种类,分别统计膏摩方中选用药物的种类、推拿选取的穴位以及推拿手法。结果:共纳入文献14篇,使用中药35种,88次,使用频率最高的药物为甘草、白术、防风、桔梗、雷丸;涉及穴位48个,其中多为小儿特定穴,使用频率最高的穴位为内八卦。结论:使用膏摩膏辅助小儿推拿,对病选方而非对证选方,应进一步增加对膏摩疗法的研究。
Objective:To provide references for the combination of Tuina with ointment and infantile Tuina in the clinical practice,this paper aims to analyze the regularity of medicated,acupoint and technique selection when using Tuina with ointment for baby through data mining technology.Methods:The related literatures from 2011 to 2021 were searched by computer in the database of CNKI,VIP data and Wanfang data,taking "Tuina with ointment and "child" or "baby" or "kid" or "pediatric" as the key words.Database was set up according to the author,the disease under study,the quantity of clinical cases,the composition of ointment,how to practice Tuina and the effect evaluation.Then the herbs used in the ointment,the selected acupoints and the manipulation of Tuina were put into statistics separately,according to the diseases studied in the literatures.Result:14 documents were included.35 herbs(88 times) were used totally,the most frequently used herbs were radix liquiritiae,rhizome of lagehead atractylodes,radix sileris,balloonflower root and stone-like omphalia.48 acupoints were used,while most of them were children’s specific acupoints,and the top used one was Neibagua.Conclusion:The use of ointment to assist pediatric Tuina should be further increased,because the number of literatures is small,the number of cases is limited,and the prescription is coordinated with disease not pattern.
