贸易计量数据分析是每个天然气输送企业都会重点考虑的问题,直接影响到企业的经济效益,通过智能判断计量支路处于比对运行状态,并对运行过程中的计量数据进行采集和分析,建立智能比对模型,及时对计量设备出现测量偏差提供设备故障报警信号。并对计量设备运行数据的深度挖掘分析,形成一系列诊断指标和方法,及时发现其潜在的问题,为检修、维护提供决策依据。
Measurement data management is a key consideration of each natural gas transmission enterprise, which directly affects the economic benefits of the enterprise. Through intelligent judgment, the measurement branch is in the comparison operation state, collect and analyzes the measurement data in the operation process, establishes an intelligent comparison model, and timely provides equipment fault alarm signal for measurement deviation of measurement equipment. In addition, the operation data of metering equipment are deeply mined and analyzed to form a series of diagnostic indicators and methods, to find out the potential problems in time and provide a decision-making basis for overhaul and maintenance.
