摘要
职业教育作为一种类型教育,正在由追求规模扩张向提高质量转变,高质量发展也是“双高计划”建设的重要目标。“双高计划”背景下各高职院校原有的教学考核体系已不能适应高质量发展要求,文章探索建立一种相适应的教学管理综合量化评价体系,注重过程化、成果化和差异化,提高教学质量和管理效益,促进学校在“双高计划”中加快发展。
Vocational education,as a kind of type education,is changing from pursuing scale expansion to improving the quality.High-quality development is also an important goal of the construction of"Double Highlevel Plan".Against the backdrop of"Double High-level Plan",the original teaching assessment system of higher vocational colleges can not adapt to the requirements of high-quality development.This paper explores the establishment of a comprehensive quantitative evaluation system for teaching management,and pay more attention to process,achievement and differentiation.It not only improves the quality of teaching and management efficiency,but also promotes the development of the college against the backdrop of"Double Highlevel Plan".
