摘要
目的 探讨急诊治疗室性心律失常应用胺碘酮与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片的效果与安全性。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年1月东莞市大朗医院急诊科收治的84例室性心律失常患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组42例。对照组予以胺碘酮,观察组予以胺碘酮与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片联合方案,比较两组效果、心功能指标与安全性情况。结果 观察组治疗有效率为97.62%,高于对照组的76.19%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者左心射血分数(LVEF)高于对照组,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为9.52%与对照组的7.14%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 急诊治疗室性心律失常应用胺碘酮与琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,能有效改善患者心功能相关指标,临床效果显著,且用药安全性较高。
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of amiodarone and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia. Methods 84 patients with ventricular arrhythmias admitted to the emergency department of Dongguan Dalang Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 42 patients in each group. The control group was given amiodarone, and the observation group was given amiodarone and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets. The effects,cardiac function indexes and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical effectiveness of the observation group was 97.62%, which was higher than that of the control group 76.19%(P<0.05);After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, while the left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD) and heart rate were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.52%, compared with 7.14% in the control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of amiodarone and metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets for emergency treatment of ventricular arrhythmia can effectively improve the patients’ cardiac function-related indicators, with significant clinical effects and the safety of clinical medication.
