摘要
运动鞋结构设计存在多样性,鞋面设计常将织物类材料用于鞋帮面屈挠部位,穿着后进行跑步运动会出现抽纱、起毛现象,目前缺少相关试验方法。本文通过模拟运动鞋屈挠部位结构进行试验方法设计,将辅助材料裁剪为鞋面搭接和屈挠部位弧形结构,考虑屈挠部位织物的阻力影响,将辅助材料车缝在织物上测试,以识别有质量问题的样品。最佳的测试参数为温度(23±2)℃,曲挠次数6万次。
There is diversity in sneaker structure design.The fabric materials are often used in uppers flexion in uppers design,and the phenomenon of yarn drawing and fluffing will occur in running sports after wearing.There is a lack of relevant test method at present.In this paper,the test method was carried out by simulating the structure of the flexion part of athletic shoes,and the auxiliary materials were cut into upper lap and the arc structure of the flexion part.Considering the influence of the resistance of the fabric in the flexion part,the auxiliary material was sewn on the fabric for testing to identify the samples with quality problems.The optimal test parameters are temperature(23±2)℃and flexure times of 60000.
