摘要
在篮球运动中,运动者在进行急停动作时,膝关节与踝关节受到运动损伤的风险很高。篮球运动鞋影响着运动者的足部状态,通过调节鞋面包裹度可以降低膝关节与踝关节的外翻或内翻的角度,进而降低膝关节与踝关节运动损伤的风险。研究通过将篮球运动鞋调节为较松、正常和较紧3种包裹度,利用动作捕捉系统测量运动者进行急停动作时的膝关节与踝关节的内外翻角度,发现较紧的包裹度会降低膝关节损伤的风险,较松的包裹度会增加踝关节损伤的风险,为鞋面运动保护功能的设计提供了参考。
In basketball, the risk of sports injury to the knee and ankle is very high when the athlete makes an emergency stop. Basketball shoes affect the athlete’s foot state. By adjusting the wrapping degree of shoes, the valgus or varus angle of knee and ankle can be reduced, so as to reduce the risk of sports injury of knee and ankle. By adjusting the basketball shoes to three wrapping degrees: looser, normal and tighter, and using the motion capture system to measure the varus and varus angle of the knee and ankle when the athlete makes an emergency stop, it is found that the tighter wrapping degree would reduce the risk of knee injury, and the looser wrapping degree would increase the risk of ankle injury. It provides a reference for the design of upper motion protection function.
