摘要
2022年北京冬奥会的成功举办以及中国冰雪项目的国际化发展,离不开高效的语言服务。全媒体时代冰雪项目英汉平行语料库具有语料覆盖范围广和时效性强的特点。以师生自主翻译语料为主,经过语料的搜集、清洗、对齐、检索与提取、标注,初步建成主要应用于翻译和口语教学的英汉平行语料库。教学实践显示:学生的语言能力得以提升,能较为准确地把握冰雪项目的文本特征,笔译和口语表达能力得到显著提升。冰雪项目英汉平行语料库的建设过程充分实现了教、学、研的结合。随着冬奥项目在中国的普及,英汉平行语料库会为冰雪项目语言服务人才的培养做出更大的贡献。
The successful holding of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and the international development of Chinese snow and ice sports in the post-Olympic period cannot be achieved without efficient language services.The English-Chinese parallel corpus of snow and ice sports in the omnimedia era shows the characteristics of wide coverage and up-to-date vocabulary.Based on the translation materials searched,collected,selected,extracted and annotated through the jojnt efforts of teachers and students,the initially completed English-Chinese parallel corpus is mainly applied to the teaching of translation and spoken English.The teaching practice shows that students′language competence has been improved a lot as they can grasp the textual characteristics of the snow and ice projects more accurately,and their translation and oral expression have been significantly promoted.The construction process of English-Chinese parallel corpus for snow and ice projects fully realizes the combination of teaching,learning and research.With the popularity of winter olympic sportsitems,the English-Chinese parallel corpus will definitely make greater contributions to the training of language service talents in snow and ice programs.
