摘要
目的 探究1985-2021年国外关于心理社会适应方面的研究热点及趋势,为我国更好地开展心理社会适应方面的研究提供参考。方法 系统检索Web of Science核心数据库自建库以来至2021年心理社会适应研究相关的文献,使用BICOMB软件、VOSviewer软件对文献进行词频分析与聚类分析。结果 共检索到文献546篇,筛选出高频主题词25个;通过软件分析,得出国外有关心理社会适应研究的三个热点:乳腺癌、青少年癌症及慢性病。结论 目前我国关于心理社会适应方面的研究较少,且各研究的质量水平参差不齐,特别在心理社会适应相关理论体系的构建、研究结果的证据等级及研究团队的多学科参与等方面与国外仍存在一定的差距。
Objective To investigate the hotspots and trends of foreign research on psychosocial adaptation from 1999 to 2021,and to provide reference for better research on psychosocial adaptation in China.Methods The literature related to psychosocial adaptation research from the Web of Science core database since its establishment to 2021 was systematically searched, and word frequency analysis and cluster analysis were conducted using BICOMB software and VOSviewer software.Results A total of 546 literatures were retrieved, and 25 high-frequency subject terms were screened;through software analysis, three hotspots of foreign research on psychosocial adaptation were identified: breast cancer, adolescent cancer and chronic diseases.Conclusion At present, there are few researches on psychological social adaptation in China, and the quality level of the researches is uneven.Especially, there are still some gaps with foreign cantries in the construction of theoretical system, evidence level of research results and multidisciplinary participation of research teams.
