基于数字孪生的周公宅水库防洪“四预”系统构建与应用 被引量:7

摘要 以构建数字孪生流域、开展智慧化模拟、支撑精准化决策为实现路径,利用“空天地”一体化空间数据底板、多维智能感知、专业模型网格数据和计算结果等几类多源异构数据进行数据汇聚和融合,采用WebGL孪生引擎进行可视化展示,构建数字孪生流域;聚焦流域防洪数字化场景,通过山区集总式水文和洪水演进模型对洪水过程进行预报和模拟,形成包括预报调度一体化、区域联防预警一体化、模拟仿真预演、决策建议方案等功能的“四预”孪生系统。以周公宅水库为研究对象,探索具有水库工程的中小流域数字孪生建设的相关关键技术和应用场景构建,以期为其他中小流域的水库防洪“四预”系统提供建设思路和案例参考。 Taking the digital twin basin development,intelligent simulation,and accurate decision-making support as the implementation pathway,data aggregation and integration are carried out by using several types of multi-source heterogeneous data such as space-ground integrated spatial data baseplate,multi-dimensional intelligent perception data,and professional model grid data and calculation results. WebGL twin engines are used for visual display to develop digital twin basins. Focusing on the digital scene of flood control in river basins,the flood process is predicted and simulated through mountain-based lumped hydrological models and flood evolution models,forming a four-pretwin system with functions of integration of forecasting and scheduling,integration of regional joint defense and early warning,simulation preview,decision-making suggestions and schemes. Taking Zhougongzhai Reservoir as a case study,this paper explores key technologies and application scenarios related to the development of digital twins in small and medium-sized river basins of reservoir projects,and provides constructive ideas and case references.
