摘要
党的二十大报告明确提出,积极稳妥推进碳达峰碳中和。围绕碳中和制定的相关政策,极大地改变了相关企业的发展环境。本文基于492份调研问卷数据,利用结构方程模型探讨碳中和情境下管理者意义行为对企业战略变革的影响。研究结果显示:管理者意义行为对企业战略变革具有显著正向影响,企业主导逻辑在管理者意义行为与企业战略变革的关系中发挥部分中介效应。本文丰富了意义行为理论和主导逻辑理论方面的研究,对于碳中和情境下的企业应对策略具有现实指导意义。
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated that working actively and prudently toward the goals of reaching peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality.Relevant policies formulated around carbon neutrality have greatly changed the development environment of relevant corporations.Based on 492 questionnaires,this paper uses structural equation model to explore the impact of managers’meaningful behavior on corporate strategic change in a carbon neutral context.The results show that managers’meaningful behavior has a significant positive impact on corporate strategic change,and corporate dominant logic plays a part of intermediary effect in the relationship between managers’meaningful behavior and corporate strategic change.This paper enriches the research on meaning behavior theory and leading logic theory,which has practical significance for enterprises’coping strategies in carbon neutral context.
