摘要 目的归纳影响肺癌术后患者使用间歇充气加压装置预防静脉血栓栓塞症依从性的障碍因素,探讨提高其依从性的干预对策。方法通过描述性质性研究的方法,采用目的抽样法选取15名肺癌术后患者进行半结构式访谈,运用总结内容分析法进行资料分析。结果对障碍因素归纳出4个主题:对血栓预防的相关认识欠缺;对装置使用的获益感不佳;对装置使用的舒适性需求;家庭与社会支持因素。结论需根据肺癌术后患者使用间歇充气加压装置预防静脉血栓栓塞症依从性的障碍因素,有针对性进行个性化健康教育,具体分析患者的不良体验并采取有效措施,加强良好的家庭支持和组织支持,从而提高患者依从性和血栓预防效果。 Objective To summarize the obstacle factors affecting the compliance of patients after lung cancer surgery using intermittent pneumatic compression device to prevent venous thromboembolism,and explore the intervention countermeasures to improve the compliance.Methods By describing the nature of the study,15 patients with lung cancer after surgery were selected by objective sampling method for semi-structured interviews,and the data were analyzed by summary content analysis method.Results The obstacle factors were summarized into four themes:lack of knowledge about thrombosis prevention;poor sense of benefit from the use of the device;comfort requirements for device use;family and social support factors.Conclusion It is necessary to conduct individualized knowledge education according to the obstacle factors of patients′compliance with intermittent pneumatic compression device to prevent venous thromboembolism after lung cancer surgery,specifically analyze patients′adverse experience and take effective measures to strengthen good family and organizational support,so as to improve patients′compliance and thrombosis prevention effect.
