摘要
该文运用三阶段DEA模型,对2018年我国西部地区技术吸收效率进行测度和比较分析。结果显示:调整后西部各地区技术吸收综合效率均有上升,技术效率是影响综合效率的主要方面;西部各省(区市)技术吸收效率差异较大,近一半属于高技术效率和高规模效率的“双高型”地区,甘肃属于“低高型”,云南、广西为“双低型”,宁夏、四川为“高低型”;经济发展水平不利于减少投入冗余,政府支持力度增加了R&D经费冗余,产业结构升级有利于减少投入冗余。
Using the three-stage DEA model, authors of this paper measure and compare the technology absorption efficiency of various provinces in Western China in 2018. The results show that: after the adjustment, the comprehensive efficiency of technology absorption in this area has increased, and the technical efficiency is the main factor affecting the comprehensive efficiency;nearly half of these provinces belong to the “double high”type of high-tech efficiency and high scale efficiency, Gansu province belongs to the “low high”type, Yunnan and Guangxi belong to the “double low” type, and sichuan and Ning xia belong to the“high-low”type;the level of economic development is not conducive to the reduction of input redundancy,government support increases the R&D funding redundancy, and the upgrading of industrial structure is conducive to the reduction of input redundancy.
