神经系统影响非神经系统肿瘤发生发展的研究进展

摘要 传统理论认为肿瘤缺乏神经支配,然而越来越多的研究发现肿瘤组织存在神经浸润,且肿瘤和神经系统之间存在复杂的双向交互作用,并与复杂的肿瘤微环境及免疫系统之间联系紧密,深度参与肿瘤的发生发展和转移。本文主要针对肿瘤组织中存在神经浸润,轴突-突触促进肿瘤生长,神经系统调控肿瘤微环境中神经胶质细胞、血管生成和免疫细胞促进肿瘤发生发展,去神经支配抑制肿瘤生长以及肿瘤细胞诱发神经系统的重塑和功能障碍等方面进行综述,以期为神经-肿瘤互作研究及通过靶向调节神经系统治疗肿瘤这一新兴的研究方向提供参考。 Conventional wisdom holds that tumors lack innervation,but a growing body of research confirms the presence of nerves in tumor tissues and a complex two-way interaction between the tumor and the nervous system,which are also closely related to the complex tumor microenvironment and immune system,and deeply involved in the occurrence,development and metastasis of tumors.This paper reviewed the presence of neural infiltration in tumor tissues,the promotion of tumor growth by axon-synapse,the regulation of the tumor microenvironment by the nervous system on the occurrence and development of tumors by glial cells,angiogenesis,and immune cells,the inhibition of tumor growth by denervation,as well as the remodeling and dysfunction of the nervous system induced by tumor cells in order to provide reference for research on neuro-tumor interactions and the targeted regulation of the nervous system in the treatment of tumors.
