摘要 企业文化是企业管理的灵魂,是企业发展的不竭动力。“道之以政、齐之以刑”,企业文化是大道,但大道需落于实处。文章从企业文化的整体性、人本性、继承性、创新性、普遍性、特殊性、长期性等特征出发,构建了企业文化管理的优化框架,提出企业文化要在注重整体性的同时更注重企业人文关怀;企业文化既要继承企业优秀传统文化又要根据时代发展加以创新;企业文化既要符合普遍规律又要有自身特色的特殊性和长期性。 Corporate culture is the soul of management and the inexhaustible driving force of corporate development. Corporate culture needs to be implemented. This paper sets the framework of corporate culture management on the basis of corporate culture ofits entirety, humanism, inheritance, innovation, universality, particularity and permanent and emphasizes the importance of humanistic care. We should not only inherit the excellent traditional culture of the corporate, but also make innovation according to the development of the times. Corporate culture should not only conform to the universal law, but also have its own characteristics,and we should recognize the long-term and complexity of the culture construction.
