摘要
选择合理的原材料并优化配合比,制作出轻质、高强、高耐久的无配筋白色UHPC栅格护栏及白色C30清水混凝土立柱,实现了装配式UHPC围墙的快速拼装。与传统的混凝土、铸铁和复合材料等3种围墙对比分析得出,装配式UHPC围墙具有重量轻、强度高、耐久性好、无需维护、安装效率高、外观精致美观的优点,更适用于永久和半永久的围护结构;UHPC栅格护栏与铸铁护栏重量相当,而成本节省约21%。其相较于普通混凝土护栏,重量减轻80%以上,成本仅增加22%,具备很好的推广和应用价值。
This paper selects reasonable raw materials and optimizes the mix ratio to make light,high strength and high durability white UHPC grid guardrail and white C30 plain concrete column without reinforcement,realizing the rapid assembly of assembled UHPC wall.Compared with the traditional concrete,cast iron and composite walls,the fabricated UHPC wall has the advantages of light weight,high strength,good durability,no maintenance,high installation efficiency and exquisite appearance,and is more suitable for permanent and semi-permanent enclosure structures.The weight of UHPC grid guardrail is equivalent to that of cast iron guardrail,and the cost is saved about 21%.Compared with ordinary concrete guardrail,the weight of UHPC grid guardrail is reduced by more than 80%,and the cost is only increased by 22%.It has good promotion and application value.
