摘要
新型装配式榫卯预制混凝土围墙是竖向连接采用栓钉干式锚固连接,水平连接采用榫卯式结构连接,在工厂中进行标准构件预制,现场快速组装的新型围墙。为研究其使用阶段的节点受力性能,通过ABAQUS建模,采用有限元方式分析连接的节点及整体受力情况,并对华南理工大学广州国际校区一期工程中新型围墙进行设计施工全过程分析。结果表明,新型装配式榫卯预制混凝土的连接节点满足受力性能要求,同时具有建设施工干式作业、构件快速拆装、材料循环使用等优点。
The new prefabricated tenon-and-mortise prefabricated concrete fence is a new type of fence with vertical connection using stud dry anchoring connection and horizontal connection with tenon-and-mortar structure connection.It is a prefabricated standard component in the factory and quickly assembled on site.In order to study the mechanical performance of the new type of wall in the use phase,the model was constructed by ABAQUS,the connected nodes and the overall force were analyzed by finite element method,and the design and construction of the new type of wall in the first phase project of South China University of Technology Guangzhou International Campus Whole process analysis.The results show that the connection nodes of the new prefabricated tenon-and-mortar prefabricated concrete meet the requirements of mechanical performance,and also have the advantages of dry operation in construction,rapid disassembly and assembly of components,and recycling of materials.
