摘要
采用问卷调查法,通过等样本量(n=200)抽样降低样本量偏差对嵌套模型比较的干扰,利用多群组验证性因子分析(MCFA)验证SSG量表在性别与代际上的形态等值、单位等值、尺度等值以及潜均值等值。结果表明:SSG量表在性别上具有强等值性,男性群组潜均值高于女性群组;SSG量表在代际上具有强等值性,潜均值不存在明显代际差异。这表明,在中国组织情境下上下级关系概念对于不同的性别、年龄段群体具有普适性。
As a localized measuring scale,Leader-subordinate Guanxi(SSG)has been developed and widely used by scholars.However,few studies verify the measurement invariance of SSG among different group,such as different gender,generation,which is the base for group comparison.We aim to assess invariance across gender and generation in measures of SSG scale.Using questionnaire survey,we collected equal sample size(n=200)to decrease the interference sample size deviation make on nested models comparison.Multi-group confirmatory factor analysis(MFCA)was used to test configural invariance,metric invariance,scalar invariance and latent mean invariance of SSG between different gender and generation.Results indicated that the scale of SSG had strong invariance across gender and the latent mean of male is larger than female;SSG scale has strong invariance and no significant differences of latent mean among different groups of generation.This suggests that the conception of“guanxi”has a universal meaning for different gender and generations,especially in China where high-power distance is prevailing.
