摘要
研究了超细硬质合金数控螺纹刀片注射成形工艺粘结剂的设计和模具设计对数控螺纹刀片质量缺陷控制的影响。结果表明,通过合适的粘结剂选择,可以实现超细硬质合金数控螺纹刀片注射成形粉末装载量达到58%,经混炼、注射成形得到的数控螺纹刀片注塑坯披锋毛刺少,内部无夹心、分层等质量缺陷。优化模具设计,可以保证数控螺纹刀片注塑坯刀尖部位的密度均匀性,消除了注塑坯表面的熔接痕,提高数控螺纹刀片的外观质量。
The effects of binder design and die design on the quality control of NC thread insert were studied.The results show that the powder loading of ultra-fine cemented carbide NC thread blade injection molding can reach58%through the selection of appropriate binder.The NC thread blade injection blank obtained by mixing and injection molding has less burr and no defects such as sandwich and delamination.Optimizing the mold design can ensure the density uniformity of the tool tip of the NC thread blade injection blank,eliminate the weld mark on the surface of the injection blank,and improve the appearance quality of the NC thread blade.
