摘要
目的:探讨腹部B超下无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法:选取2020年7月-2021年9月于山东黄河河务局山东黄河医院行腹部B超下无痛人工流产术的50例患者作为试验组,选取2019年1月-2020年3月行人工流产术的50例患者作为对照组。两组患者均于术前6 h禁食,进入手术室后,迅速建立静脉通道,试验组行腹部B超下无痛人工流产术,对照组行人工流产术(整个操作不借助B超引导)。比较两组出血时间、出血量、手术时间、呼吸频率(RP)、心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、并发症发生情况。结果:试验组出血时间、手术时间均短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者RP、HR和MAP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组RP、HR、MAP高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹部B超下无痛人工流产术可明显缩短人工流产患者出血时间、手术时间,减少出血量,降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of painless induced abortion under abdominal B-ultrasound.Methods:From July 2020 to September 2021,50 patients undergoing painless induced abortion under abdominal B-ultrasound in Shandong Yellow River Hospital of Shandong Yellow River Administration Bureau were selected as experimental group;from January 2019to March 2020,50 patients undergoing induced abortion in Shandong Yellow River Hospital of Shandong Yellow River Administration Bureau were selected as control group.The patients in two groups were fasting for 6 hour before the operation,and after the patients entered the operating room,intravenous access were quickly established.The experimental group underwent painless induced abortion under abdominal B-ultrasound,while the control group underwent induced abortion,and the whole operation was not guided by B-ultrasound.The bleeding time,amount of bleeding,operation time,respiratory rate(RP),heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP),and occurrence of complication in the two groups were compared.Results:The bleeding time and operation time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of bleeding in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in RP,HR and MAP between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the RP,HR and MAP in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Painless induced abortion under abdominal B-ultrasound in gynecological clinic can significantly shorten the bleeding time and operation time,and reduce bleeding volume and incidence of complications in patients undergoing induced abortion.
