摘要
目的:探究特布他林联合糖皮质激素对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1-12月宜兴市张渚人民医院收治的100例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予特布他林治疗,试验组给予特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗。比较两组治疗效果、炎性因子水平及肺功能指标。结果:试验组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组CRP、IL-6水平均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1 s用力呼气容积(FEV1)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组FVC、FEV1均高于治疗前,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:特布他林联合糖皮质激素治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果显著,能够减轻患者炎性反应,改善肺功能。
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who were admitted to Yixing Zhangzhu People’s Hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into test group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with terbutaline,and the test group was treated with terbutaline combined with glucocorticoid.The therapeutic effect,levels of inflammatory factors,lung function indicators were compared between two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the test group was higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the CRP and IL-6 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the test group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in forced vital capacity(FVC)and forced expiratory volume in 1 second(FEV1)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,FVC and FEV1in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and FVC and FEV1in the test group were higher than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of terbutaline and glucocorticoid has significant effect in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,it can relieve inflammatory reaction and improve lung function of patients.
