摘要
目的探讨依达拉奉联合常规治疗在急性有机磷中毒合并呼吸衰竭患者中的效果。方法选择2018年1月-2020年1月本院收治的60例急性有机磷合并呼吸衰竭患者为对象,分为对照组(基础治疗)与观察组(基础治疗+依达拉奉)。比较两组疗效。结果观察组治疗2d、3d后,胆碱酯酶活性值高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)水平升高,丙二醛(MDA)水平降低,观察组SOD、GSH高于对照组,MDA水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05);且住院时间、机械通气时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论依达拉奉治疗急性有机磷中毒合并呼吸衰竭的效果较好,可抑制机体氧化应激,促进患者恢复,改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate effect of edaravone combined with routine therapy for patients with acute organophosphorus poisoning and respiratory failure.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute organophosphorus combined with respiratory failure in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 as subjects,and divided them into control group(with basic treatment)and observation group(with basic treatment+edaravone).Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Cholinesterase activity in observation group was higher than control group after 2 and 3 days of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione(GSH)in two groups increased,while levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)decreased.Levels of SOD and GSH in observation group were higher than control group,while levels of MDA in control group were lower(P<0.05).Mortality of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05);length of stay and mechanical ventilation time was lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone is effective in treatment of acute organophosphorus poisoning with respiratory failure,which can inhibit oxidative stress,promote recovery and improve prognosis of patients.
