摘要
有效的建筑工程管理工作能够帮助施工单位完成资源的合理配置,通过对工程质量、进度等方面的控制,可以提升工程整体质量,可见建筑工程管理的工作质量好坏与工程能否顺利实施有着直接关系,是影响企业收益水平的关键因素。为了提升工程质量,促进建筑行业的可持续发展,对现阶段我国建筑工程管理中存在的实际问题进行了具体分析,并探讨出有效的解决方案。
Effective construction project management can help the construction company to complete the reasonable allocation of resources,and improve the overall quality of the project through the control of project quality,progress and other aspects.It can be seen that the quality of construction project management is directly related to the smooth implementation of the project,and is the key factor affecting the level of enterprise income.In order to improve the project quality and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry,the actual problems existing in the construction project management in China at this stage are analyzed in detail and effective solutions are discussed.
