摘要
总结和把握影响老年驾驶人整体发展趋势以及交通事故严重程度影响因素,对提升老年驾驶人的驾驶安全性和道路交通安全水平具有重要意义。基于2020年国内华北、东北、西北、西南、华南、华东6个片区各抽样1个省(区)的驾驶人事故数据,采用事故频数法判别显著影响我国老年驾驶人事故率的变量,得出摩托车驾驶人、高驾龄群体、变更车道、碰撞运动车辆事故、复杂路段、易滑路面环境、无交通管控和安全防护路段的情况下老年驾驶人呈现高事故率的特点。因此需要从强化制度建设、规范准入退出,强化教育培训、夯实驾驶基础,强化安全保障、提升防护水平三个方面采取措施,避免老年驾驶人危险驾驶。
Summarizing the factors that affect the development trend of elderly drivers and the severity of traffic crash is of great significance for improving road traffic safety of elderly drivers. Based on the crash sampling data from 1 Province in each of North China, Northeast China, Northwest China, Southwest China, South China, and East China in 2020, the accident frequency method is used to identify the variables that significantly affect the crash rate of elderly drivers in China. Motorcycle drivers, senior elderly drivers, lane changing, collision, complex road sections, slippery road, and road sections without traffic control are characterized by high crash rates. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures in three aspects,including strengthening system construction, regulating entry and exit, strengthening education and training,consolidating driving foundation, strengthening safety guarantee, and improving protection level to avoid dangerous driving behavior of elderly drivers.
