摘要
加快建设高质量教育体系是中国式现代化的必然要求。中国式现代化视域下高质量教育体系建设的新内涵包括:加快构建服务全民终身学习的教育体系,着力构建优质均衡的基本公共教育服务体系,积极构建德智体美劳全面培养的教育体系,努力构建生态文明教育体系,全面构建全方位、宽领域、多层次的教育对外开放体系。当前基础教育领域要积极推动重大改革发展任务落地,切实落实中小学校领导体制机制改革,以评价改革牵引基础教育综合改革,深入推进基础教育数字化转型发展,以更大的力度培养高素质专业化创新型教师队伍,坚持系统观念统筹发展和安全工作。
Accelerating the construction of a high-quality education system is an inevitable requirement of Chinese path to modernization. The new connotations of the construction of a high-quality education system from the perspective of Chinese path to modernization include accelerating the construction of an education system that serves the lifelong learning for all, focusing on the construction of a high-quality and balanced basic public education service system, actively establishing an education system that comprehensively cultivates students’ qualities of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor, striving to construct an ecological civilization education system, and comprehensively constructing an all-round, wide-ranging and multi-level education opening-up system. At present, in the field of elementary education, it is necessary to actively promote the implementation of major reform and development tasks, effectively implement the institutional mechanism reform of the leadership of primary and secondary schools, guide the comprehensive reform of the elementary education with the evaluation reform, further promote the digital transformation and development of the elementary education, make greater efforts to train high-quality professional and innovative teachers, and adhere to the systematic concept for co-ordinating development and safety.
