摘要
高职辅导员身负九大工作职责,内容繁多,尽管国家明确规定师生比为1∶200,但高校在实际建设中很难保证充足的辅导员配比。此外,高职学生思维活跃、学业基础较差的现状,大大增加了辅导员管理的难度。为了能够在有限的人手下,有效地管理好学生,维持一个稳定和谐的校园,势必需要培养一批优秀的学生干部和优秀学生团体。围绕“学生服务学生,学生关注学生”的理念,引导好学生自治,培养好社会主义可靠建设者和合格接班人。
Higher vocational counselors have nine major job responsibilities and have a lot of content. Although the state clearly stipulates that the teacher-student ratio is 1:200, it is difficult for colleges and universities to ensure a sufficient ratio of counselors in actual construction. In addition, the current situation of active thinking and poor academic foundation of vocational college students greatly increases the difficulty of counselor management. In order to effectively manage students and maintain a stable and harmonious campus under the circumstance of limited manpower, it is necessary to cultivate a group of excellent student cadres and excellent student groups. Centering on the concept of “students serve students and students care about students”, counselors should guide students’ autonomy and cultivate reliable builders and qualified successors of socialism.
