摘要
伴随考试招生制度改革的深化,高职院校学生多元化特征将进一步加剧,同时对高职院校落实好立德树人的根本任务带来前所未有的挑战。能否建设一支精干、高素质的思想政治工作队伍,是新形势下落实好"培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"这一人才培养目标的关键。因此,如何激发思想政治工作队伍的活力,提高高职院校思想政治工作队伍建设的有效性,就显得十分必要。
With the deepening of the reform on the examination and enrollment system in China, there will be more students with different features and diversified concepts of value in higher vocational colleges, which brings unprecedented challenges to the colleges in the education and cultivation of students. The construction of a capable and high-qualified ideological and political education team is very crucial to realizing the goal of cultivating socialist builders and successors who can develop in an all-round way in terms of morality, intelligence, physical strength, aesthetics and labor under the new situation. Therefore, it is very necessary to stimulate the vitality of the ideological and political education team in higher vocational colleges, so as to improve the effectiveness of the construction on such a team.
