喇嘛湾黄河大桥加固技术分析

摘要 文章以喇嘛湾黄河公路大桥维修处置工程实践为依托,通过对原桥梁多次的维修加固效果及现阶段上部结构、下部结构、桥面系病害进行分析,详细进行技术状况评价以及承载能力极限状态验算、使用阶段构件法向应力验算、使用阶段构件主应力验算和桥面板验算,结合日常养护、定期检查、加固设计、后期监测等桥梁档案资料,针对桥梁多次加固、桥面长期停车等导致载荷不断增加的突出问题,得出了抗剪承载能力不足、安全储备偏低、桥面板承载能力不足等根本原因。通过应力模拟分析,创新性提出了“一增一减”的桥梁加固方案,即增加桥梁腹板截面提高承载力,减少桥面铺装从而减少桥梁恒载。通过对加固前后抗弯承载能力计算结果、抗剪承载能力计算结果、基底承载力计算结果等进行对比,验证加固方案能够有效提高桥梁整体承载力及安全系数,提升桥梁运行安全能力。 Based on the engineering practice of the maintenance and disposal project of Lamawan Yellow River Highway Bridge,this paper analyzes the maintenance and reinforcement effects of the original bridge for many times and the diseases of the superstructure,substructure and bridge deck system at the present stage.The technical condition evaluation,bearing capacity limit state checking calculation,normal stress checking calculation of components in use stage,principal stress checking calculation of components in use stage and bridge deck checking calculation are carried out in detail.Combined with the bridge archives such as daily maintenance,regular inspection,reinforcement design,and later monitoring,and in view of the prominent problems of increasing load caused by repeated reinforcement of the bridge and long-term parking of the bridge deck,the root causes such as insufficient shear bearing capacity,low safety reserves,and insufficient bearing capacity of the bridge deck are obtained.Through stress simulation analysis,the"one increase and one decrease"bridge reinforcement scheme is innovatively proposed.Namely,increase the bridge web section to improve the bearing capacity,and reduce the deck pavement,so as to reduce the dead load of the bridge.By comparing the calculation results of bending bearing capacity,shear bearing capacity and base bearing capacity before and after reinforcement,it is verified that the reinforcement scheme can effectively improve the overall bearing capacity and safety factor of the bridge,and improve the operation safety capacity of the bridge.
