摘要
双级压缩空调相对于单级压缩空调可有效提高压缩效率,扩大空调的适用环境温度范围,大幅提升高温、低温工况下的性能。家用空调的双级压缩系统一般采用单机双级补气增焓的系统,虽然其系统器件和管路较单级空调复杂,但双级增焓压缩机有2个滚动转子,更有利于实现动平衡,可以通过模拟分析及测试优化其管路配重。
Compared with the single-stage compression air conditioner,the two-stage compression air conditioner can effectively improve the compression efficiency,expand the applicable ambient temperature range of air conditioner,and greatly improve the performance under high temperature and low temperature conditions.The two-stage compression system of household air-conditioning generally adopts a single-unit two-stage air supplement enthalpyincreasing system.Although the system components and pipelines are more complicated than single-stage air-conditioning,the two-stage enthalpy-increasing compressor has two rolling rotors,which is more conducive to achieving dynamics balance,the pipeline counterweight can be optimized through simulation analysis and test.
