摘要
为适应国家一流本科专业建设要求,提高人才培养质量,落实以学生为本的教学理念,实现高等教育内涵式发展,切合现代社会对人才的需求,从学生择业选择意向视角,针对大学生普遍关心的毕业后出路问题设计了调研问卷并进行了调研活动。调研问卷区分了城市就业、回乡就业和继续深造3类,关注了学生在3类就业选择上的倾向及引起选择偏好的影响因素。研究发现:原籍为不同家乡的学生在择业选择意向上存在较大差异,不同类型的学校学生在择业选择上也存在较大差异,此外,学生普遍对于学习成绩和技能水平有较大的期望。为进一步解决大学生就业需求问题,提出以提升专业素质和就业技能为导向,加强学生实践能力;夯实思政教育,提升学生的乡土情怀,促使人才区域内区域间合理流动;通过注重培养学生探究能力,扩大深造途径,缓解结构性就业压力,有效提升就业质量。
To meet the national first-class undergraduate professional construction requirements, improve the quality of talent training, implement the student-based teaching concept, realize the development of higher education connotation, and meet the demand of modern society, this paper, from the perspective of students choose a choice intention for college students after graduation, designed the research questionnaire and carried on the research activities. The questionnaire is distinguished into three categories: urban employment, home employment and further study, and answered the students’ tendency in the three types of employment choice and the influencing factors causing choice preference. The study found that students originally from different hometowns have significant differences in career choice intention, and other types of school students also have significant differences in career choice. In addition, students generally have great expectations for academic performance and skill level. To further solve the employment needs of college students, this paper proposes the following three suggestions:(1) to improve professional quality and employment skills, strengthen students ’practical ability,(2) enhance students’ local feelings, strengthen ideological and political education, and promote the proper flow of talent areas;(3) to cultivate students’ ability to explore, expand the way of further study, alleviate structural employment pressure, improve employment quality.
